The Observer Hoodie reservation window is open for interest. Payment follows only after sizing, production, and shipment details are confirmed.

Shipping

Estimated first shipment window: August 2026. DUZ intends to support U.S. domestic shipping first; international shipping may be reviewed case by case during the first release window.

Production window

Estimated first shipment window: August 2026. Final production and fulfillment timing will be confirmed before payment collection.

Returns

Because Observer Collection 001 is planned as a limited serialized release, final return rules will be published before payment collection. Customers will be able to review shipping, return, and refund terms before placing any paid order.

Damaged or incorrect item

If a delivered item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers should contact DUZ support within 7 days of delivery with order number, photos, and packaging details.
