All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. Tracking data is handled by the carrier and is not stored on our systems.

Yes. All packages ship in plain unbranded packaging with no indication of contents or origin beyond the return address. The sender name on the package will read "DUZ Logistics" with no further branding.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.

Yes. Exchanges are processed as a return and new purchase. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate an exchange. Size exchanges for the same product are free of shipping charges.

If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs. Defective items are rare—we inspect every garment before shipment.

Each product page includes a detailed size chart with body measurements in centimetres and inches. Our garments are designed with a functional fit—not slim, not oversized, but engineered to accommodate layering and full range of motion. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for optimal system integration with base layers.

Yes. All dUZ garments are cut for a unisex fit based on functional body measurements rather than traditional gender-based sizing systems. We recommend measuring your chest, waist, and hip circumference and comparing against the size chart for each product.

Our materials are selected for functional performance, not hand feel or fashion trends. We use custom-developed NIR-absorbing fibre blends, conductive yarns, phase-change materials, and aerogel-infused panels. Specific material compositions are listed in each product's technical specification sheet.

Each garment ships with specific care instructions. General guidelines: machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, line dry or tumble dry on low, no bleach, no fabric softener. The adversarial pattern efficacy is tested through a minimum of 50 wash cycles and remains within specification over the garment's design life.

Sustainability, for us, is defined first by durability. A garment that lasts ten years replaces ten fast-fashion garments. Our materials and construction are selected for longevity first, repairability second, and end-of-life considerations third. We use no virgin synthetic fibres where recycled alternatives meet performance specifications. Full material transparency is provided with each product.

As little as possible. When you place an order, we collect your shipping address, email address, and order details. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address. No. We do not sell, license, or share personal data with any third party for any purpose. Payment processing is handled by a compliant third-party processor that receives only for the purpose of transaction settlement. Shipping data is shared with the carrier solely for delivery.

Yes. Contact us at hello@duz.life with your request. We will confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete data deletion within 14 days. Note that order data may be retained for accounting and legal obligations under applicable law, but we will minimise retention to the extent permitted.

Yes. dUZ products are designed, manufactured, and sold in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Our garments are clothing— textiles worn on the body. The adversarial properties of our patterns are passive material properties, not active electronic emissions. Wearing patterned clothing is not and cannot reasonably be made illegal in any jurisdiction with rule of law.

No. No countermeasure is universal. Our products are tested against specific camera models, AI architectures, and spectral bands, and their performance is honestly documented in each tech spec sheet. Efficacy depends on many variables: lighting, distance, camera quality, resolution, and the specific AI model deployed. We do not make absolute claims of invisibility. We provide measurable performance data and let you decide.
